Original Chicken Curry Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
1 Chicken (Boneless) 250g (Cut the strips)
2 Rice (boil) 250 grams
3 Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
4 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper Powder
5 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
6 Green Onions 1 piece (finely chop)
7 1/2 cup Oil
8 Salt as needed
9 Garlic, Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Step by Step Instructions
1 Heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic ginger paste, salt, and fry for 1 minute
2 Then add chicken and fry till the meat melts.
3 Add pepper powder, white pepper powder, soy sauce, green onion, and rice, fry for 2 minutes, and take off the stove.
4 Finger Chicken Rice Ready
5 Remove to a serving dish and serve with ketchup.
