1. Chicken – 1 Kilo
2. Tomatoes – 4 to 5
3. Green Chillies – 4
4. Ghee – 2 to 3 tbsp
5. Salt – 1 tbsp
6. Garlic – paste 1 tbsp
7. Yogurt – 1 cup
8. Cumin – 1 tsp
9. Black Pepper – 1 tsp
10. Coriander – 2 tsp
11. Coriander leaves and Ginger for garnish
Directions
- Take 2 to 3 tbsp Ghee and 4 to 5 Green Chili and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes then we have a little chili flavor in Ghee, After frying the chili, take them out because We will use them later.
- Now add 1 kilo of Chicken 🍗 and Add 1 tbsp Salt 🧂 during frying the Chicken 🍗 .
- Frying the Chicken 🍗 for 5 to 7 minutes then Add 4 to 5 Tomatoes 🍅
Note. ‘I have used Cow Fat Ghee, If you have other Ghee or Oil then use Garlic 🧄 paste 1 tbsp because Garlic reduces the smell of the Chicken‘ - Cover with a lid for 3 to 4 minutes then the Tomatoes will be soft, fry them with high heat until the water gets dry from the tomatoes.
- Now Add Yogurt 1 cup, Add Crushed Black pepper 1 ½ tsp, Crushed Cumin 1 tsp, Crushed Coriander 2 tsp, and the Fried Green Chili and fry it for 4 to 5 minutes on high heat so that we can reduce the yogurt water.
- Final Look
Now reduce the heat to low and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
