Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour

  • ½ Cup All-purpose Flour

  • 250ml Milk

  • 3 Green Chilli

  • 1 Medium Size Onion

  • 1. Medium Size Tomato

  • 2 Egg

  • 250g Potato

  • 2Tbsp Cooking Oil

  • ½ tsp Red Chilli

  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder

  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

  • ½ tsp Black paper

  • Green Coriander: It is for fragrance

  • Salt

Directions

  • Green Chilli, Onion, and Tomato chop together in a chopper machine then put in the bowl and add green coriander, 2 eggs, add chopped boiled potatoes, cooking oil, red chili, black paper, cumin powder, turmeric powder and add salt
  • add wheat flour and all-purpose flour, milk, and add a teacup of water then mix really well.
  • take a frying pan and paste oil on the pan, make it hot with medium heat, and pour with the help of a small cup and spread this on the complete pan, cooking it with both sides.
