Original German Traditional Salad, This salad is the best with Schnitzel.
Schnitzel with cucumber salad and fried potatoes
3 Stalk (s) of dill
40 g Sour cream
30 g Condimento Bianco
1 teaspoon yes! Mustard medium-hot
Ground black pepper
1 tbsp Virgin rapeseed oil
- Wash the cucumber, peel if you like, and slice it into fine slices. Wash the dill, shake dry, and finely chop, put some aside. Mix the sour cream, vinegar, and mustard together. Mix with the cucumber slices and the dill and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the rest of the dill.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Peel and dice the onions. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the potato slices. Fry with a lid for a good 10 minutes, turning occasionally, then add onions and fry for another 10 minutes without the lid until potato slices are cooked through and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
